Hospital officials are reporting the end of a COVID-19 outbreak at Niagara Health System's Niagara Falls hospital site.
An outbreak of COVID-19 on Unit D/Stroke Unit at Niagara Health’s Niagara Falls site is over.
Hospital officials report that after two weeks of enhanced monitoring of patients and staff there had been no evidence of further transmission or new cases on the unit.
The outbreak was declared on June 10th.
Niagara Health officials say there are currently no other outbreaks at any hospitals in the region.
