Welland residents will soon have another option for working up a sweat at home.
The City of Welland Recreation & Culture team has opened registration for virtual fitness classes.
Virtual workout classes include yoga, pilates and low impact aerobics and training.
The municipality says that due to the pandemic, it's important to provide as many opportunities for healthy activities while complying with the province's restrictions.
