Alectra crews on scene
The utility says approximately 490 homes and businesses in the area north of Lakeshore Rd between Vine St and Welland Canals Parkway are impacted.
The estimated time of restoration is 3:00 this afternoon.
Alectra says the cause of the outage is a vehicle collision.
