Payton Gendron sentenced to life in prison on state charges yesterday
The man who killed ten black people at a Buffalo grocery store last year is in federal court today.
Yesterday, Payton Gendron was sentenced to life in prison on state charges.
If he's convicted on federal charges, he could get the death penalty.
Last May, Gendron opened fire at a Tops supermarket, killing ten people and injuring three others.
