WalletHub's annual rankings are based on everything from the number of Irish pubs and restaurants per capita to hotel prices and the weather forecast.
Buffalo is ranked in 10th spot.
In the top three, Philadelphia, Boston and Pittsburg.
Naperville, Illinois is ranked 7th.
