University to resume in-person classes January 31st.
Brock University is the latest post-secondary school to make some changes following concerns about the Omicron variant.
In a release, Interim President Lynn Wells said in-person exams for the fall term will either be cancelled or moved to alternative modes effective Thursday, December 16th.
As for the winter term, the school will move to online classes until January 31st, in order to give more staff and students a chance to receive booster COVID-19 shots.
The campus will remain open during this time, and public health guidelines such as masking and physical distancing will be required for anyone who attends the campus in-person.
Further information about vaccine requirements will be released in the coming weeks.
