So that means personal care services can reopen as long as they don't require customers or guests to remove their mask or face covering.
Capacity limits for supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores and pharmacies increase to 75 percent.
Capacity for all other retailers expands to 50 percent.
Restaurant, bars and other food and drink establishments can reopen with 10 people allowed inside at any one time and only four per table.
Buffets, dancing, singing. live performances and adult entertainment is prohibited.
Sports and recreational facilities can resume but there are capacity limits with 10 people only in classes and 10 people in areas with weights or exercise equipment.
Team sports can not be practiced or played except for training, no games or scrimmages allowed
There are still tight restrictions on casinos, bingo halls and gaming establishments.
Capacity is limited to 10 people in total indoors.
Cinemas and performing arts facilities remain closed.
