Nearly a thousand people came together in St. Catharines pushing for racial equality.
A Black Lives Matter rally was held in the Garden City yesterday afternoon.
The demonstration started at the BME Church on Geneva Street and made its way to St. Catharines City Hall.
Some Niagara Regional Police officers joined in the march.
It was the third rally in Niagara since the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
Other demonstrations were held earlier in Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
