Police are crediting the public for providing helpful information
Good news from Niagara regional police in that an arrest has been made in connection to an assault in St. Catharines.
Police were called July 10th to a restaurant patio on St. Paul Street, where an assault had just taken place.
On August 2nd police released pictures of the suspect, and on August 24th, pictures of potential witnesses were released.
With the help of the public, police arrested 38-year old Craig Donald Clement of St. Catharines on Saturday.
He had a bail hearing yesterday.
