The Landline Company just started it, providing free service for passengers to Toronto
If you're heading to Pearson airport, and flying Air Canada, there's an easy option before you even leave Niagara.
Niagara District Airport CEO Dan Pilon says The Landline Company began bus service on Monday, with three trips per day, between Niagara Falls and Toronto.
He says it's free, as agents check tickets and baggage at the Niagara airport. "They put it on the bus for you, and when you get to the terminal you're going to, when you pull it off, you don't have to go see an agent, you just drop it in the self service kiosk, because it's already checked in, and you go through security."
He says the coach leaves Niagara airport at 5:30am, 11:20, and 4:05 in the afternoon.
He adds passengers are excited to use it, but it's still new. "What we've learned through conversations with other airports that had this service previously, as much as you try to tell people about the service, and try to engage them, it's a change of behaviour."
There is free parking at Niagara airport, spacious leather seats on the bus, and, of course, free WIFI.
