The province is continuing its promised ramp up of vaccines.
Starting at 8 this morning anyone 50 or older can start booking their COVID vaccine appointment.
As well the province is expanding shots to those who are considered high risk including anyone with a BMI over 40, residents with an intellecutarl or developmental disability such as Down Syndrome and those undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy that causes immunosuppression

Meantime, with the province making good on its promise to divert 50 percent of its vaccine supply to Ontario hotspots, every adult 18 and older in Peel Region can begin booking their vaccine appointments today as well.
