38 New COVID-19 Cases in Niagara

Niagara Health reporting 14 patients with the virus, with four in the ICU.

A spike in the number of new local COVID-19 cases.

Public Health is reporting 38 new infections today.

The death toll is unchanged at 434.

There are 14 Niagara Health patients battling the virus, including a child.

There are four people in the ICU.

Only one of the patients is fully immunized.

Over 711,000 vaccinations have been administered, with 76 percent of Niagara residents having at least one dose, and 71.6 percent double-dosed.
