Another person has died of COVID-19 in Niagara.
Niagara Public Health is reporting 208 new cases of the virus today.
There are 71 people in local hospitals and 21 of them are in ICUs.
There are over 2,100 active cases, with the highest numbers coming from St. Catharines, Welland and Niagara Falls.
Over 1,700 cases remain under investigation after concerning variants were detected.
