Six people remain in local hospitals with the virus, and five are in the ICU.
Throughout the region, there are 152 active cases and 12 active outbreaks, including three at long-term care homes.
Just over 727,000 vaccine doses have been administered in Niagara.
About 76.9 percent of local residents have their first shot, and 73.5 percent are fully immunized.
