Arrest made after police arrived in St. Catharines neighbourhood this afternoon
Some tense moments this afternoon in a St. Catharines neighbourhood.
Police say they were called just after 2 over reports of an armed individual in the Geneva and Overholt Street area.
They tell us one person has been arrested, and there is no risk to public safety.
Police are still looking into what happened.
