Batten down the hatches, areas that get hit could see winds up to 90 km/h
Environment Canada warning conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms this afternoon into this evening.
The weather office says some of the thunderstorms may be slow moving and capable of producing strong wind gusts up to 90 km/h, large hail up to 2 cm and heavy rain of 50 mm within an hour.
Niagara remains under a heat warning as well.
