Port Colborne closed it at the end of last year, wants to know what you think should be done with it
If you ever pass by the old Port Colborne grain terminal, and ideas run through your mind of what to do with it, the city wants to hear from you.
After 125 years, the terminal now sits empty, not used, since the end of last year.
City council decided not to proceed with three companies who were interested in the site, instead, the city wants your thoughts on what to do with it.
Ideas so far include whether it should still be used for transporting grain, or if parts or all of it should be preserved, or repurposed for other uses.
Go online to do a survey, or get the survey at city hall, deadline to get it is a week tomorrow.
